Returns and exchanges are ONLY initiated for damaged or mishipped products.
Due to the nature of our products and contamination concerns, we will not accept returns of used devices or opened gummies and hemp flower.
Unauthorized returns are not accepted at our shipping facility and will be returned to sender.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products/wrong products within 14 days of receipt of the package. Please contact our customer service at sales@charmedhemp.com with all order information, pictures, and any videos of the issue so that they may fix any issues immediately.
Please contact us to verify that a refund can be given. After approval for a return, please allow 2-7 business days for your financial institution to deposit the funds back into your account.
